Born & raised beach babe from the Eastern suburbs of Sydney infused with European (Polish) roots. From an incredibly early age I grew up by the water so the sun & beach is my home. A curious rebel at heart always testing and pushing boundaries, empathic, extremely intuitive and creative, often feeling displaced & disconnected; special but strange, unique but isolated, talented but different. I have travelled extensively, spending a reasonable amount of time overseas exploring our amazing & enormous backyard whilst also having lived in places like Hawaii and Thailand.

From a very early age I was extremely fascinated with human behaviour and the mind. I studied psychology at the University of Sydney before transferring to Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) where I started moving more towards counselling. I have also studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming, TimeLine Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Coaching. I have been in this field since 2002, studying, learning, training and helping people. Although I am well equipped on paper I believe a big part is exposure, experiences and life lessons including my own shadow-work. I've had to sit and face my own shit. I want to be a stepping stone for those who are on a very similar journey. I've had a very deep continuous calling to do this work my whole life and what an opportunity, to bring magic into the world and the lives of others.

I am a multilayered cookie so it doesn't just start and finish there. Along the way I have studied and explored many different things due to my constant desire to learn, evolve, challenge myself, live a life trying and doing. I don't agree with placing limitations upon myself and my life. I am not here to just do or try one thing so I keep learning, I keep creating and keep dreaming.

Consequently, I have jumped and moved around plenty! Here are some of my interests, passions, hobbies, studies and business ventures that I have explored along the way, and what an incredible journey it has been.​ Scholarship in business management, flew to Melbourne to learn massage, stayed in Bali to start my own bikini label, started a not-for-profit with a friend, beauty businesses (face & body treatments), eyelash extensions, digital marketing, copywriting, screen printing, teaching English online, online store (such as Amazon), professional fight matchmaker/manager, DJ, events/promotions, writer/blogger, acting, modelling, film & TV (writing scripts, filming & editing short films & documentaries), product photography, graphic design, artist (singing, songwriting & performing), music production, sound healing, self care products, clothing line.

One of my personal mission's has been self exploration and discovery and to live a fruitful life that makes my soul sing and dance. I am so blessed for all the richness that every single thing I have done or experienced in my life (good, bad, pretty, ugly), what it as given me and my life, and for that I am so grateful ❤
